What we can answer here

Which system a cable fits. What is in the box. Whether a seven-inch monitor will sit where you want it. Which of the RV kits works with a rig that is already pre-wired. Whether a figure on a page is wrong. If it is, say which page, and it gets fixed on the next update rather than argued about.

What has to go through the checkout

Orders, delivery dates, returns and warranty claims are handled where the order was placed. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see an order, change an address or start a return, and writing to us about one only adds a day.

How long a reply takes

A working day or two. One person reads this mailbox. There is no queue system and no ticket number, and a question that needs a measurement taken off a piece may take a day longer.
