Nothing here is bought first. The video cable comes in 33 feet and 50, and on a rig it is the 50 that reaches. Match the system code, printed on the back of the monitor, because the plugs differ between them. If the picture rolls or shows bands when the engine is running, that is noise on the 12V line and the filter is the part that fixes it, not a new camera. And if the monitor keeps waking when you did not ask it to, the lighter adapter with the switch is the cheap answer.
