The LK13 is the wired kit with the big screen. Seven inches on the dash, a license plate camera at the back, and a cable between them that cannot drop out because there is nothing to drop out of. It is bought by people who tow with a car or a small truck, where reading a coupling at arm's length matters and the vehicle is short enough that a wire is still an afternoon.
The monitor runs off USB, which is worth knowing before you go hunting for a spare 12V socket. Night vision here is the white-LED kind, so the picture keeps its color instead of going gray, and the case is rated IP69K. The cable in the box reaches most cars. If your run is longer, the 33-foot LK13 cable is sold on its own and its connector belongs to this system and no other.

A camera shows you what is behind the vehicle. It does not stop the vehicle, it does not watch for you, and it cannot see what is not in the picture: a child crouched against the bumper, a bollard below the lens, a cyclist arriving from the side. Federal rear-visibility rules exist because reversing kills and injures people every year, and the bodies that write those rules ask drivers to look, to walk around the vehicle and to reverse slowly whatever is fitted. Nothing on this site is a substitute for any of that.
